Due to risk of infection and liability purposes all personalized and hygiene products are non-returnable (excluding manufacture defects). These items include but are not limited to: commodes, toilet risers, shower chairs, bedpans, ice packs, stockings, sitz baths, urinals and any other direct contact product.
Should there be a defect discovered once the customer takes the merchandise out of the store, the customer will be required to contact us immediately. We will contact the manufacturer of the product and inform them of the defect. We will then notify you of the procedure which could require the return of the item for exchange of another similar item (or full credit, if credit will be issued to us for the product).
Special order items are also non-returnable.
All other items can be returned within 7 days with a receipt for store credit provided the item is still in original packaging and shows no sign of wear. If the item is a rental-type item, the rental fee may be charged.
